THE MUSE offers a try-on upon delivery policy only.
1.Exchanges & Refunds
THE MUSE does not accept returns or process refunds once the courier has completed the delivery.
You are eligible to try on your purchase upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with the item, it may be returned to the courier, and you will only be charged the shipping fees.
Please note that exchanges can only be processed at the time of delivery, and we are unable to accommodate exchanges once the courier has left.
We recommend carefully reviewing your order upon delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
2.Size Comparison Policy
THE MUSE does not process orders for multiple sizes.
We recommend selecting your preferred size prior to placing your order. However, you may try on your purchase upon delivery. If the size does not meet your expectations, the item may be returned to the courier for an immediate replacement, with only shipping fees applied.
Please note that exchanges can only be processed at the time of delivery.
You must either accept the entire package or return it in full; partial acceptance of the package is not permitted.
Once the courier has left, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.

Shipping to Cairo and Giza is typically completed within 2-5 working days.
For other accessible regions across Egypt, delivery is generally made within 3-6 working days from the date of purchase.
